Summer Movies 2011 Guide! I recently downloaded a number of music, then I noticed a pattern. There are most often a lot of songs about breathing. I've got 'Breathe', 'Breathe In', Keep Breathing' , 'Breathe In Breathe Out' and 'Breathe Me'
I must admit, I wondered just what the Universe may be trying to inform me, or where my inner guidance is looking to draw my attention.
So I took a deep breath. Ahhhhhh. And I started thinking.

The molecules of other nutritional foods around us becomes portion of us, moves through us, nourishes us, touches and changes us. Because of this exchange, it behooves us to consider care in our environment, the ones around us. We are connected with the air we share.
And most obvious ' breath is life. If we have been breathing, and we know it, we're alive! Breathing can be a full mind-body-spirit experience.
