I must admit, I wondered exactly what the Universe could possibly be trying to figure out, or where my inner guidance is attempting to draw my attention.

The molecules of everything around us becomes section of us, moves through us, nourishes us, touches and changes us. Because of this exchange, it behooves us to look at care of our own environment, and those around us. We are connected by the air we share.
And most apparent ' breath is life. If were breathing, and we know it, we're alive! Breathing is really a full mind-body-spirit experience.
Of course, inside medical world, breathing is a vital indicator of life and death. This points to a new reason I may have realized myself with several songs about breathing ' I found many on the soundtracks of the TV medical drama, Grey's Anatomy!
